Shipping Information

Please Note: We currently have a 5 working day dispatch on all orders as we are a small team. We will always try to get your order out as quickly as possible, but please bare this in mind before placing your order.

 

Unfortunately we are currently only able to ship to Mainland Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), we do endeavour to expand this soon but unfortunately we aren't quite there yet.

 

We ship all our parcels through Royal Mail Signed For, this means the parcel will arrive with your normal daily mail and will needs a signature. 

 

If you are unable to sign for your parcel it may be dropped with a neighbour, put in a safe place or taken back to a collection office. 

 

Please check Royal Mail for any delays in your local area.

 

Additional Notes for our Customers:

• We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays
• Our working days are Monday - Friday
• If you do not get your order within the 5 working day dispatch plus 2/3 working day delivery, don't hesitate to get in touch at hello@hearthsidecandleco.com
• The Hearthside Candle Co and Royal Mail will never send an e-mail or text asking you for extra shipping payments. If you do receive any links asking for more money, do not click on them and report them to Royal Mail.
